The Minister of Arts and Culture, Bidoung Mkpatt, is now officially opening the cultural event dedicated to cinema and television.  This 7th edition of the fait has as theme of the “The Dynamics of Festivals and New Media in Africa”. It runs till  June 09. The programme includes screenings of major African films, training sessions and professional meetings.
