Former Indomitable Lions captain, Stephane Mbia is close to returning to the French Ligue 1 with Toulouse, according to sources close to the player.
The midfielder has reached a deal in principle to sign a deal with with Toulouse after running down his contract with Chinese side Hebei China Fortuna.
The 32-year old has even taken to twitter to confirm a deal is close and is now expected to arrive in France on Wednesday to sign a one-year deal.
Mbia returns to France over five years after leaving Olympique Marseille for Queens Park Rangers in England in 2012. He has equally played for Stade Rennais.
