Rwandan President Paul Kagame has arrived in Paris, France where he is expected to participate in an international summit that seek to help Sudan in its new dispensation, an official source confirmed Monday in Kigali.The summay which is set to open on Tuesday will attract over 20 African heads of state to discuss strategies to rally support for the Sudanese government under Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok, the statement obtained by APA in Kigali said.

On the second day, African heads of states will participate in another summit on financing African economies, it said.

The Rwandan president Paul Kagame is attending upon an invitation by his French counterpart Emanuel Macron in alignment to restore strained ties between both countries.

The French President might also soon visit Kigali, as President Emmanuel Macron aims to normalize diplomatic relations with Rwanda.

As for the other conference, Kagame will highlight different matters that concern African countries, mainly the importance of bolstering international efforts to facilitate their integration to the global economy.
