This is one of several meetings organised by various actors to seek solutions to the escalating violence in the two English speaking regions of Cameroon.

The latest of such meetings held in Douala on Tuesday as members of political parties, civil societies and the private sector were hosted by CPP chair Edith Kah Walla.

The actors analysed the actions already put in place to solve the crisis and sought to look at possible solutions and areas of intervention in descalating the violence currently going on.

Acoording to a realease from Barrister Felix Agbor Balla Nkongho, the meeting enabled them to gather information, improve their understanding of the current situation and behgin developing solutions.

They also pledged to take actions that will cut across sectors and party lines as a solution in order to seek lasting solutions to the crisis.

Some of the political actors present at the meeting were Paul Chiy, Akere Muna and Ben Muna of the Now Movement, Cabral Libii of 11millions Registered voters, Chumchoua Penda and Moualal Ruben of the UPC, Bergeline Domou, Franck Essi and Kah Walla of the CPP.

Agbor Balla and Protais Ayangma represented the civil society and private sector respectively.
