The Head of State Paul Biya has called on Cameroonians to be responsible in the wake of the outbreak of the Coronavirus in the country.
In an ‘sms’ sent to Cameroonians Paul Biya calls for a sense of responsibility from each and everyone to bar the way to the virus.
“Together, with a spirit of citizenship, courage and sense of reponsibility. Let’s bar the spread of the Coronavirus by respecting the guidelines of the government and the WHO,” Paul Biya said.
He has not public addressed the issue since the first case of the virus was declared in the country but instructed his government last week to take measures to counter the spread, notably the restriction of movements and gatherings.
