After 76 days of lockdown, the last restrictions on movement were lifted Wednesday in Wuhan, the Chinese city where the coronavirus pandemic began.

Wuhan’s lockdown became a model for countries trying to stop the coronavirus. The city’s 11 million residents are now free to go out with some slight restrictions.
