Two peacekeepers have been killed in Aguelhok in North Mali, the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) announced in a statement seen by APA Friday. “According to an initial assessment, two peacekeepers were killed while ten were injured, including some in serious condition, during the attack on a MINUSMA base today in Aguelhok, in the Kidal region,” the report said.

It was after having been target of mortar, that MINUSMA immediately organized the necessary medical evacuations and strengthened the security of the camp.
