Marseille’s André Franck Zambo Anguissa and Angers Karl Toko Ekambi have been shortlisted alongside 11 other African players for the award that was named after former Cameroonian midfielder Marc Vivien Foe who dies in 2003 at the Stade Gerland in France during the Fifa Confederations Cup.
