The companies include Huawei, Max Phone, Net Telecom, Agence Selecte, X-TIGI Mobile, X-TIGI Famille Phone, Sacom Plus, Famille boutique ; ETS DJANA’ARE Com, SMS Telecom, Tecno, Boutique Marque d’origine, Boutique Vanelle, Boutique Illa, Omega Telecom, ETS A.Nzieko Sarl, among others.
The move is for consumer protection, according to Suzy Noah Owona, head of legal affairs and consumers’ protection department at the telecommunications regulator. TRB has called on these companies to regularise their statuses or face heavy sanctions.
