The Minister of Sports and Physical Education Bidoung Mkpatt is today meeting with former players of the senior national team in a bid to bring them together and galvanise support for Cameroon’s preparations for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

The meeting that takes place at the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education will see the creation of a legends’ club that will be headed by Geremi Njitap. The former defender was on Monday appointed as a permanent rapporteur of the Confederation of African Football to the Local Organising Commission of the Africa Cup of Nations.
