Cameroon’s front-line opposition party, SDF, has created a national secretariat for bilingualism and translation with a view to dispelling rumours about the party being regional.

The National Executive Committee appointed, Prof Jean Takougang, head of the secretariat during a National Executive Committee meeting in Bamenda.
