The Nigerian Government has declared Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd August as public holidays to mark the Eid-Al-Adha celebration.Nigeria’s Minister of Interior, LT- Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau, who made the declaration on behalf of the Nigerian Government on Thursday in Abuja, enjoined Nigerians to use the period to embrace the virtues of love and sacrifice for the unity and development of the nation.

He called on Nigerians both at home and abroad to support the government in its determination to ensure a peaceful and united nation.

The minister wishes Nigerians Happy Eid-El-Adha celebration.
