The Yaounde military court has acquitted one anglophone activist in the ongoing case between the State of Cameroon and some activists from Cameroon’s English-speaking regions.

Awanatio Zacheus was was acquitted of charges levelled against him yesterday by the Yaounde military amongst which included non possession of national ID card, secession, hostility against the Fatherland, terrorism, illegal possession of firearms, civil war, looting.
