The General Manager of the Cameroon Water Utility Corporation, Gervais Bolenga, has called on the existent local and regional invoice structures to adapt their billing policies to suit the new finance law in process.
In a press release issued on January 16, CAMWATER boss says in line with government Great opportunities policy to better the lives of the Cameroonian population, local billing structures are exhorted to review their invoice policies and adapt it to the newly adopted finance law.
According to him, the law which favors subscribers was decided and implemented by the high ranking top officials, and should be observed as from this month of February.
To ensure its implementation, the press release says teams will be dispatched in the different areas where these structures are implanted so as to make sure the finance law is adequately respected.
