The fifth edition of the Limbe Festival of Arts and Culture, FESTAC has opened in the in the spirit of cultural diversity and national integration.

Opening the festival on Saturday, the Government Delegate to the Limbe City Council Andrew Motanga Mojimba called on the Government to back the efforts of Limbe to promote multiculturalism and unity in diversity. The festival coincides with the 160 anniverssary celebrations of the discovery of Victoria today called Limbe.
