The Government of Cameroon in a press conference condemned Saturday’s nationwide peaceful protest carried out by supporters of the Cameroon Renaissance Movement party, CRM.

Minister Rene Emmanuel SADI said the CRM protest was Illegal, unfounded, and destructive. The Minister revealed that  62 persons were arrested in Yaounde, 7 in Douala, 42 in Bafoussam and 13 in Mbouda, and 6 injured in Douala. Minister Rene Emmanuel Sadi, said no live bullet was used on the protesters.
