Guests are steadily making their arrival at the National Assembly to attend the swearing in ceremony of the President elect Paul Biya for another tearm in office.
The members of the Constitutional Council have just arrived the National Assembly though the President of the Council Clement Atangana has not yet been seen. Members of Parliament and Senators have equally arrived as the guests get set for the event.
