Three people have died in Bonadouma Home in the Trocadéro neighbourhood in Douala after a building collapsed onto a group of people. Three of the surviving victims of the accident which occurred on Monday, are currently receiving treatment.

The corpses of the deceased were taken to the morgue of the La Quintini Hospital in Douala. Firefighters say the house that collapsed was pulled down by a retaining wall of a nearby structure under construction.
