In the last twenty-four hours, Cameroon recorded three hundred and sixty-nine confirmed Coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of infected persons to eight thousand, six hundred and eighty-one.

As at this Wednesday June 10, recoveries stand at four thousand, eight hundred and thirty-six and deaths at two hundred and eight.

Amid these rising figures, students and pupils of examination classes and those of the Higher education level returned to school last week.

In order to intensify the fight against the possible spread of the virus in schools, President Paul Biya has offered 170,000 facemasks to be distributed to the learners.
