H.E. Biyiti Bi Essam, presented the letters of credence appointing him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cameroon in Israel as well as the letters recalling his predecessor, to H.E. Reuvlen Rivlin, President of the State of Israel.
