One of the lawyers of late Pidgin English presenter Samuel Wazizi says he has been receiving death threats for defending the case.

The journalist is said to have been brutally tortured and physically abused to death, allegations which have been denied by the Ministry of Defence.

There have been recent calls by journalists, rights groups and on social media demanding justice for Wazizi whose death many cannot comprehend.

Nonetheless, lawyers of the Buea-based journalist say they will stop at nothing to ensure that justice prevails.
