Officials of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and ELECAM have brainstormed on ways to ensure an efficient security coverage of the polls especially in the conflict-hit North West and South West regions of the country. The meeting chaired by Minister Paul Atanga Nji was attended by the President of the Electoral Board Enow Abram Egbe and the Director General of Elections Eric Essouse. This meeting goes in line with the convening of the electorate by the President of the Republic of Cameroon Sunday November 10, 2019. According the the Presidential decree signed to this effect, polling stations will be opened that Sunday at 8am and closed at 6pm.
