The United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has condemned the suicide attack which took place on Tuesday September 15, in the border village of Zeleved in Mayo- Tsanaga division, Far North region of Cameroon.
According to reports, six civilians were killed and ten others injured in the explosion.
