The Minister of Transports, Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe has launched an operation named zero accident on Wednesday October 14 along the Yaounde- Douala high way.
The aim of this operation is to sensitize road users on the disadvantages of poor parking which according to Minister Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe, is one of the major causes of road accidents.
