Reports have it that separatist fighters in Bamenda, headquarter of the restive North West region of Cameroon have imposed two more days to the usual Monday ghowt town day in Bamenda, calling on inhabitants to stay home from Monday to Wednesday.

The purpose of the lock down according to them is to frustrate a sensitization tour on government’s reconstruction plan that started this Monday in Bamenda, headed by Paul Tasong, head of the reconstruction plan.
