The Head of State Paul Biya has announced that Cameroonians will soon elect Regional Councillors.

President Paul Biya made the declaration this Sunday February 9, 2020 at the Government Bilingual Primary School Bastos as he took part in the Legislative and Municipal elections.

“Democracy is on the move in Cameroon, We had the Major National Dialogue, laws on Decentralisation, the special status, the law on bilingualism and very soon we will elect regional councillors” Paul Biya said.
