The Prime Minister Head of Government Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute has told delegates to the 48th Assembly of the Union of Francophone Press, UPF to seek ways to restore the nobility of the journalism profession fondly reffered to as the best in the world.

He was speaking as he chaired the official opening of the event that has reportedly brought together over 400 French speaking journalists from 60 countries.

Placed under the patronnage of the Head of State, the 48th Assembly of the Union of Francophone Press focuses on the difference between journalism based on emotions and that of information.
