The Governor of the North West region of Cameroon, Adolphe Lele Lafrique has issued a firm warning to perpetrators of murder and other crimes in the region.
He was speaking Tuesday August 11 at the Bamenda Regional Hospital during the corpse removal of a teacher, Pipayou Ibrahim whose lifeless body was found in a river over the weekend with bullets wounds in his head.
According to reports from the region, the teacher was murdered by suspected separatist fighters for allegedly invigilating GCE exams.
