The Headquarters of the National Youth Observatory located at the All Multipurpose Youths Empowerment Centre in Yaounde will be inaugurated this Monday January 20, 2020.

The ceremony which reports says will be coupled with the handing over of equipment for the registration of biometric youths cards to the heads of national youths observatory will be presided over by Youths and civic educationMinister, Mounouna Foutsou.
