The National Institute of Statistics has published a report on the State of Cameroon’s economy. The report indicates that a 4.1% growth rate in 2018 up from 3.5% in 2017. This slight increase of 0.6% is attributed to steady crude oil exports which accounted to 40% of all exports from Cameroon last year and cocoa now representing 11% of exports from the country.
