Cameroon’s Minister of Secondary Education, Prof Nalova Lyonga has dismissed information circulating on social media about school resumption on April 20.

A supposed joint release from Minister Nalova Lyonga and her counterpart of Basic education circulating on social media earlier today had it that the latter had called for school resumption.

Speaking to media men after taking part in CRTV’s school through TV, Minister Nalova said the information is a fake, and that the decision to reopen schools or not belongs to the President of the Republic, who ordered for them to be closed.
