Members of Civil Society Organisations under the Umbrella of the National Observatory on civil liberties have begun updating their know how on elections monitoring and reporting in a training workshop ahead of Sunday’s Legislative and Municipal elections.

According to reports, this move is aimed at checking any acto of human right violation as well as any irregularity during the forthcoming twin polls.

The training workshop reports say has been funded by the European Union.
