Luc Messi Atangana is the pioneer city Mayor of the town Yaounde in the Centre region of Cameroon.

He was elected this afternoon for a five year term mandate in replacement of outgoing Government Delegate to the Yaounde City Council, Gilbert Tsimi Evouna.
