The former Secretary General at the Presidency, former FECAFOOT normalisation President and one of the authors of the 1996 Constitution, Professor Joseph Owona has been appointed as a member of Cameroon’s Constitutional Council.
He was appointed by a Presidential decree made public this Wednesday April 15.
