The Higher Institute of Public Management, ISMP has graduated its second batch laureates.
The over 70 laureates received their end of course certificate during a ceremony that took place on Thursday September 10 at the Yaounde Congress Centre.
The ceremony that brought together University lectures was preceded over by the Minister of Public Service and Administrative reforms, Joseph Le.
It equally marked the opening of the 2020/2021 academic year of the 3rd and 4th batches of this institution
