The Minister of External Relations, Lejeune Mbella Mbella Thursday July 9 chaired the State dinner ceremony offered in honour of the Belgian Ambassador to Cameroon in Yaounde.

During the ceremony, HE Stephane Doppagne was raised to the rank of Grand Officer of the National Order of Valour and offered a symbolic gift.

He leaves Cameroon to take up new functions in the Great Lakes Region, still in Africa.
