The Minister of Communication Rene Emmanuel Sadi has refuted allegations by the Non Governmental Organisation Human Right Watch accusing Government forces of masterminding the killings in Ngarbuh.

He was speaking yesterday in Yaounde during a late night press conference in response to a report from Human Right on how soldiers masterminded and killed at least twenty-two civilians in Ngarbuh.
