The sum of FCFA 240 million will be given to private newspaper publishers and bloggers in Cameroon as State subvention for the year 2019.

The information was made known Wednesday July 1 by the Minister of Communication, Rene Emmanuel Sadi as he opened the first session of the reconstructed commission that is in charge of securitizing applications for subvention to private media.
