The Minister of Transport has issued a communique limiting the movement of persons inside the Country to what is extremely necessary.

In case the movement is necessary, he has urged bike riders to limit passengers to two, including he rider, taxi drivers to limit number of passengers to four, including the driver, buses of more than fifty seats to limit the number of passengers to fifty, those of more than thirty seats to twenty passengers, that of more than twenty two places to fifteen passengers, nineteen to twelve and fifteen to ten.
