The Governor of the Littoral, Samuel Dieudone Ivaha Diboua held a crisis meeting this afternoon to determine the damage caused by the floods that hit many parts of the economic capital this Friday August 21.

The rain that started at 3am is yet to stop in some neighbourhoods and local authorities say for now no human loss has been recorded but material damage is enormous.
