Cameroon today joins other African countries to commemorate the African Day of Decentralisation and Local Development under the theme “The contribution of local authorities to conflict prevention and peacekeeping on the Continent“.
To mark the day in Cameroon, an event chaired by the Minister of Decentralisation and Local Development, Georges Elanga Obam is currently ongoing in Yaounde.
