The Minister of Sports and Physical Education, Prof Narcisse Mouelle Kombi this Tuesday signed a degree appointing Christian Njanga Mbongo as the new Regional Delegate of the Ministry of Sports and Physical education for the Littoral region.
He replaces Irene Patience Mouengue Essoungou who goes on retirment.
