Cameroon’s Finance Minister Louis Paul Motaze chaired the grand meeting at the Development Bank of Central African States in Malabo which fetched Cameroon over 6.6 Billion cfa franc for development projects. Part of the money, 4.17 billion will reportedly be used to build a 4 star hotel in Douala, while the remaining 2.5 billion will fund expansion of some schools.
