The Buea Council in the Fako Division of the South West region of Cameroon and the Douala V Council in the Wouri Division of the Littoral region witnessed tensed atmospheres Monday August 17 and Tuesday August 18 following protest staged by workers of the two institutions over reported months of unpaid salaries.
