On Friday, June 15, suspicious women were intercepted in Limani, Mayo Sava (Far North region). They carried explosive devices. After being spotted, they unleashed the bombs hidden under their robes which killed them and a young lady who was standing nearby.

The next day, precisely on the night of June 16 to 17, a night watch was killed in Logone and Chari, precisely in the locality of Tika. He was shot dead by heavily armed men while another villager was also killed.
