The former Mayor of the Dschang Council in the West region of Cameroon and present Coordinator of the National Governance Programme is amongst the first fifteen victims of the Coronavirus pandemic in Cameroon.
Reports from the Ministry of Health say Prof Bernard Momo succumbed to the killer Sunday April 12 in Yaounde, Centre region of Cameroon at the age of Seventy-two.
The late Prof served as Mayor of the Dschang Council from 2007 to 2013.
Before his demise, the son of the Menoua Division, West region of Cameroon served as the Coordinator of the National Governance Programme since his appointment in 2014.
