Over 503,470 candidates for the BEPC (Undergraduate Study Certificate, GEC) exam 2019-2020 session, distributed in 799 centers across the country, began written their tests scheduled to take place from July 13 to 15, 2020.The 2019-2020 exam session, originally scheduled from April 20 to June 12, 2020, comes in the wake of a reorganization of the school exam calendar, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Ivorian Minister of National Education, Technical Education and Vocational Training, Kandia Camara, said told a press conference in Abidjan that all the tests involving this session should take place from 8 to 15 July 2020.
For the present session, some 503,472 candidates registered are distributed in 799 centers across the country. The physical and sporting tests (EPS) took place from 08 to 19 June 2020, while the oral tests were held from 08 to 11 July 2020.
The results of these written tests determine the orientation in ‘Seconde’ (first year of senior high school). The results will be announced, according to the schedule of the Ministry of National Education, Technical Education and Vocational Training, on July 28, 2020, at 2 p.m. GMT and local times.
