At least two corpses were discovered in advanced state of decomposition early of Wednesday morning in Buea, South West Region of Cameroon, locals have confirmed.

According to eye witness reports, the corpses were discovered at the Hysacam dumping pit along the Buea-Ekona highway but the circumstances leading to their death is still not clear.

One of the victims was identified as Esambe Roland Ndone, a resident of Bakweri Town, a neighbourhood in Buea while the other was identified as Monono Emmanuel Evakise.

A resident who preferred to remain anonymous told journalducameroun.com that the two boys were amongst a group of boys in Bakweri Town, when soldiers shot and killed four civilians Monday. But it is still not clear how their corpses were only later discovered on the road to Ekona, far away from Bakweri Town. This brings to six the number of persons killed in Buea since Monday.

Down in Mutengene, the corpse of a young man whose only name we got as Fritz was discovered in the bush yesterday morning after he succumbed to bullet wounds. The young man had left his house that morning to go to his farm before he was killed,  sources said.
