Forces of Law and Order in Dschang, Menoua Division in the West Region have opened investigations over the mysterious death of three children.

The children aged between two and five passed away last weekend after consuming boiled banana and beans.

According to guardian of the children, she returned home only to find the children in severe pain and before they could be rushed to the hospital, they all passed away.

It was later notice on the scene of the incident that the children had consumed banana and beans but nobody could tell of the quality. Arriving at the scene, forces of law and order immediately opened investigations, with the corpses taken to the hospital for autopsy to determine the real cause of the death of the children.
