The Head of State, Paul Biya gave signs of life last week when he was pictured at the birthday celebrations of his wife, Chantal who turned 51 last Saturday, December 4.

Paul Biya has not been seen in public for several months since he retreated to his native Mvomeka in the South Region after chairing the CEMAC extraordinary meeting by videoconference.

On the occasion of his wife’s 51st birthday, Paul Biya was again pictured during private celebrations at their home in Mvomeka with the First Lady taking to her twitter handle to share the pictures.
